Shaun was extremely helpful, found the issue very fast and it was dealt with within the hour. Very polite and even tidied up the part of the drain without me asking him. Will definitely be contacting Shaun again for any drainage issue I have.

Sorting out blocked drain
How about this for service. I rang Shaun for help - a blocked drain that was backing up. The "I'll be there in 1 1/2 hours or less" turned out to be less than an hour. In no time the blockage in the common sewer was cleared and everything was back to normal. What more could one ask for? Hopefully I don't have any drain problems in the future but if I do Shaun will be the first person to phone - this man delivers!

Investigation of slow draining toilet and unblocking of outside drain
This was a non-emergency call-out but Shaun was able to come to visit us the next day. He kept us up-to-date with a time when he could get to us. Very friendly and efficient service, Shaun quickly found the cause of our problem and easily cleared the blockage in the drain. Once cleared he checked the drain with a camera to ensure there was no damage to the pipework which might cause any reoccurring problems.

Unblocked outside kitchen drain
Received a quick response my an initial query and was able to carry out the work within 12 hours. Was able to resolve the drainage issue quickly and final invoice was as per estimate. Would recommend and use again for any potential drainage problems in the future.

Called out this lovely gentleman again! Always so helpful and courteous. Had a blockage in bathroom, Shaun used a machine to unblock my sink and cleaned out the pipework. Thank you!
